Two-thirds of UK shoppers are planning to chop their discretionary spending in 2023 amid issues about the price of dwelling disaster, in line with a survey.
Highlighting the stress on households and the broader economic system from inflation, the accountancy agency KPMG mentioned 61% of shoppers in a ballot of three,000 had been getting ready to cut back their spending on consuming out, holidays and different non-essentials.
