Easy methods to repair 404 errors from permalinks ?

I attempted to alter https://web site/?page_id=690
to https://web site/salle-de-bain on my web site.

So I’m going on settings permalinks and do a /%postname%/ construction.

Now once I goes on [https://website/salle-de-bain][1] from the web page I’ve created I received an error (404):

Not Discovered 404
The requested URL was not discovered on this server.

The URL from the web page editor is https://web site/salle-de-bain so what happend ?
